We started the Roofing Success podcast in the fall of 2019, and we released the first episode in early October. We weren’t very consistent at first but through time we started to build that consistency. Around June of 2020, we got into a flow where we were doing an episode every two weeks. Since January of 2021, we have been putting out a weekly episode for you. And in that time, I have gotten to speak with some really amazing contractors, really amazing and thoughtful people in the roofing industry.

One of the things that I like to ask contractors at the end of every episode is “what is the greatest insight that they can share with our audience that has helped them find success”. And so what we’ve done is categorized the topics from their answers. A lot was around putting your customer first. Another big topic was around education and continuous learning and developing your skillset. The next category was caring for people, your employees, and the customer. Another big one was building relationships.

On this episode, we’re going to go back through our first 100 episodes and talk about our guest’s greatest insights on how they have found success in roofing.
