About this Episode

Lauren Marsh owns Ridgeline Construction HSV, Inc. along with her husband Terry. Lauren left her career as a homemaker and dance teacher to see the vision through and is now the president of the company. Because she also had worked for a local homebuilder, it was a field she was eager to enter again. Since partnering with her husband, Lauren has acquired an Alabama Homebuilders License, Alabama General Contractors License, Florida Certified Roofing Contractors License, Mississippi Residential Builders License, and Tennessee Contractors License. She is also in the process of adding Specialty Structure to her Florida license. Under her leadership, Ridgeline is now a Certified Minority Woman-Owned Business.

Terry and Lauren enjoy being members of Athens First United Methodist Church, where Lauren serves as Sunday School teacher. They also enjoy spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and boating. They currently live in the Athens area with their four children, Lili-Grace, Weston, Truett, and Anniston.

On this episode we talk about capacity in your roofing business and why it’s essential.
