Chris Diroll is the Sales and Operations Manager for Tresnak Roofing, a family-owned business since 1984. Chris has an engineering background and fell into the business through his wife, whose the daughter of Tom, the owner of Tresnak Roofing. After Chris graduated college he got a job at a manufacturing company, where they taught him how to be a manager, and really understand processes. After years of working in corporate America, he decided he wasn’t cut out for it. Tom (the owner of Tresnak), needed a salesperson for his roofing company and Chris thought working for this father-in-law would be a better fit for his life. Chris believed working for Tresnak Roofing was the perfect opportunity. 

On this episode, we talk about transitioning from working in corporate America to running a roofing company.
