After stepping down as the Director of Sales at AccuLynx Jim had a multitude of inquiries from roofing companies, especially those who focus on storm damage restoration, asking him to give them advice in a variety of areas regarding the business. With his background as a Sales Rep, General/Sales Manager, Owner, Claims Adjuster, and Software Specialist he has a unique skill set. He acquired a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to running, marketing, selling, hiring and training in this industry over the last 16 years. Jim decided to share that knowledge with a select group of Elite Contractors that want to improve their companies. During his time directly in the business Jim hired and trained 1000’s of Managers and Sales Reps, created positions like Claim Specialists, and fine-tuned the process of maximizing every opportunity to make customers Raving Fans.

He decided to start putting what he knew and had learned from 100’s of other contractors into a variety of processes that can be used to dramatically improve their businesses at an affordable rate. Even more importantly he wants to be there side by side as a coach to ensure that they not only understand the processes but to help them implement them.
