Before owning a commercial roofing company, Jeremy Dickman worked as a Regional Manager for Carlisle SynTec Systems. With three small kids at home and wanting to get off the road, this experience led him to acquire Primm Roofing in December of 2016.
He has been successful in growing Primm from a company of 6 employees to 50 internal and front-line people all focused on working with business owners, property managers, and tenants to deliver best-in-class commercial roofing solutions. Part of this growth was through a second acquisition.
